Pushpanjali Realms and Infratech Limited is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in terms of the order dated 25th April 2024 passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Prayagraj under section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal has appointed Mr. Anurag Nirbhaya having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00870/2017-2018/11468 as an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) to conduct the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of M/s Pushpanjali Realms and Infratech Limited (Corporate Debtor).
